How to Download Threads Videos & Photos (2026)

Threads, Meta's text-and-media app, is full of clips worth keeping. Since it's built on Instagram's backend, you can save a Threads video or photo in seconds — free and without logging in.

How to download a Threads video

1. Open the post and tap the menu (…) → Copy link, or copy the URL from your browser (it looks like threads.com/@user/post/CODE).
2. Paste it into our Threads downloader.
