GenDownload does not host, store, or cache any videos or audio. Files stream directly from the original platform to your device — nothing is kept on our servers. We respect the intellectual-property rights of others and expect our users to do the same: only download content you own or are licensed to use.

Because we store no files, there is nothing hosted on our side to remove. If you are a rights holder and believe our tool is being used to infringe your copyright, you may still send a takedown notice and we will act on it, including blocking a specific source URL where technically possible.

Send your notice to [email protected] and include: (1) your contact details; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) the exact URL(s) concerned; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; and (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
